Il Fiorello's second and final Community Milling Day of 2017 is set for Nov. 26 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Community Milling is designed for growers with less than the minimum requirement of 800 lbs for custom milling. Do you have a few olive trees with healthy fruit, but you are not sure what to do with them? Bring the olives to Il Fiorello. All of the olives that come in on this day will go into the mill together to create a unique Suisun Valley Blend. In the past, this blend has been so popular it's won state awards! You will have the opportunity to pick up your share a week later!
Il Fiorello's mill is on non-stop these days, as the company is milling not just the olives from their groves but also olives from growers from throughout Northern California.
