Celebrate the return of spring in Suisun Valley at Passport Sunday!
Suisun Valley's beloved Passport Sunday celebration will be April 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Experience a day of outstanding wine and freshly prepared, wine country-inspired food as guests travel to participating wineries and tasting rooms around the Suisun Valley "loop." Local farmers and artisans also join in the fun showcasing their own products. Ticket information and additional details will be available in early March at www.suisunvalley.com
Passport Sunday is an event that has evolved and grown over the last 10 years to be an annual sell-out with hundreds of visitors. With "passports" in hand, wine enthusiasts from Solano County and beyond are invited to travel the "valley loop" to visit the participating venues in Suisun Valley and Green Valley, all showcasing wine, delicious food pairings live music and more.
Expect to also find locally made olive oils, jams, dried fruits, and nuts from area farmers at some of the participating wineries. You may even find an area artist or two showcasing their pieces to the public. Every location finds its own unique way to celebrate Passport Sunday, and visitors are encouraged to travel at their own pace. For some, this may mean visiting four or five wineries for the afternoon, while others are bound and determined to hit all locations. A list of participating locations will be released in March.
