Il Fiorello Olive Oil Company's Kitchen in the Grove hosts a variety of culinary classes with their Executive Chef, Marvin Martin. Martin is an expert in olive oil and enjoys a 20-year tenure as a chef for Robert Mondavi Winery, working on a variety of private and public events in the United States and Europe, including the annual culinary series known around the world as Great Chefs.

Classes at Il Fiorello include both demonstrations and hands on work. You’ll enjoy watching Chef Marvin’s techniques and creating your own masterpieces. At Il Fiorello, we eat together, laugh together, and enjoy food and wine pairings together.


Spectacular Seafood
Sunday, June 14th 3-6pm


Join us in our Kitchen in the Groves as Chef Marvin Martin demonstrates spectacular seafood recipes. The class will cover a variety of topics including seasonality, sustainability, purchasing, and different methods of preparation. Learn expert tips, eat delicious dishes, and take home recipes to recreate in your own kitchen.

Grilling and Craft Beer

With summer right around the corner, it’s time to get ready for grilling season! Learn expert grilling techniques and savory recipes from Chef Marvin Martin. Special guest Sue Langstaff from Applied Sensory will present tasting and food pairing of craft beers. Lunch and samples of beer will be included. Makes a perfect gift for Father’s Day!
